Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are an additional
$10 and are shipped via the USPS. Free return shipping does

an additional $39.50 and 2nd Day Air for an additional $20.
These are fixed rates, no matter what the size of the order
or destination in the
lower 48 states. APO or FPO addresses do not qualify for
expedited shipping. Please note that UPS does not deliver
on weekends or certain holidays.

Englin's Fine Footwear offers shipping
to Canada and Mexico for $25 USD for any

of shoes. The shipping cost for all
other international orders is $39.50 USD
for any

of shoes.
There may be extra
fees charged by your nation’s government for duties,
taxes, customs fees or any other importing charges. These
fees are the responsibility
of the customer and are paid separately by the customer to
their custom's office upon delivery. Englin's Fine
Footwear cannot be held responsible for these
additional
amounts.

Limited
Time Warranty
Englin’s Fine Footwear provides
a limited warranty against damages and defects for 60 days
from the time of purchase. This does not guarantee against
normal wear and tear. Shoes with qualified defects may
be returned within 60 days of the time of purchase for
a full refund. Once we receive the damaged/defective shoes
into our warehouse, we will examine the shoe to determine
the cause of the defect or damage. If the shoe is found
to only show signs of normal wear and tear, or if the damage/defect
to the shoe appears to be caused only from wear and tear
and not due to an error in the construction of or material
used in the production of the shoe in question, the shoes
will be returned to the customer. The customer will be
responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to
them in this situation. If the shoes are found to have
a qualified defect, the customer will be refunded in full
for the purchase (minus the cost of expedited shipping
or international shipping if selected by the customer in
the original purchase). Englin’s Fine Footwear does
not provide return shipping for international orders due
to defects. If your shoes obtain damages due to a manufacturer
defect after the 60 days from time of purchase, please
contact the manufacturer for assistance, repair, or replacement
as that manufacturer’s warranties are specifically
detailed. In this circumstance, we will be glad to assist
you by providing proof of purchase and customer contact
information to the manufacturer if available. Any damaged/defective
shoes returned to Englin’s Fine Footwear after the
60 days from the time of purchase will be returned to the
customer at the customer’s expense. Please contact
