If I order now, will I get it by Christmas?
Here at Englin's Fine Footwear, we understand how important it is that your gifts arrive on-time this holiday season. We've compiled the following chart to show our recommended 'order-by' dates. Please note that these are only estimates and are not guarantees. You are more than welcome to call us at 1-800-705-7463, 9am-6pm Eastern, Monday-Friday to confirm stock and availability prior to ordering or to order over the phone.
This table is only applicable to orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. We cannot estimate delivery times for international orders due to possible customs delays.
All orders must be received by Midnight on on the day listed below.
We ship from Central Indiana and we may be able to deliver packages to the neighboring states via UPS ground on orders placed as late Tuesday, Dec 19th. However, this is not a guaranteed service, so use your best judgement. You are free to utilize UPS's estimator at https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/ to get specific information. Use 'Muncie' and '47304' as the 'Ship From' city and zip code and input your city and zip code in the 'Ship To' info. Set the shipping date to be the following business day after the order was placed. So if you place an order at 10am on the 18th, the order will ship on the 19th. We will only utilize UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air/Saver. Saturday delivery cannot be specified.
*Please note: After December 17th, 2nd day and Next Day Air shipments may require an extra day for delivery. Please allow for the extra business day for delivery of packages shipped those days.
These estimates are intentionally conservative. These take into account possible UPS shipping delays as these do typically occur more frequently the closer it gets to Christmas. Occasionally, backorders do occur that are outside of our control. If an item is on back order, you will be notified via email and given the option of cancelling your order. As always, credit cards are not charged until an order is ready to ship.
Is my package lost?
If your tracking status shows as 'in transit', then it is still moving through the UPS system on its way to you. If your package is shown as 'delivered' but you do not have it, please wait 24-hours before contacting us. Some carriers are marking packages as delivered at the end of their route and not actually delivering them until the following day. If it has been over 24 hours, please contact UPS at 1-866-706-6894 to start an investigation. Please have your tracking number ready.
